We will start our Full Day Sacred Valley Vip Tour from Cusco early in the morning.

Tour Chinchero:

Chinchero is a small town located in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, near Cusco.

Our journey will begin as we leave Cusco, heading northwest toward the charming town of Chinchero. As we ascend, we will reach an altitude of approximately 3,762 meters (12,343 feet) above sea level.

The town of Chinchero, known for its vibrant market and skilled artisans, will be our first stop. Here, we will explore its picturesque plaza and visit the ancient Inca ruins. These ruins stand as a testament to the town’s historical significance.

Tour Moray:

After our visit to Chinchero, we will continue our drive towards the unique archaeological site sacred of Moray. This fascinating site features concentric terraces that resemble a giant amphitheater. We will learn about the Inca’s advanced agricultural techniques and the significance of this site in their civilization.

Moray is one of the most fascinating archaeological sites in the Sacred Valley of the Incas in Peru, and one of the main tourist attractions in the region Cusco.

The altitude here will be around 3,500 meters (11,483 feet). It will be providing us with sweeping views of the surrounding Andean landscape.

Tour Maras salt mines:

Next, we will make our way to the Maras salt mines, an iconic location where thousands of salt pools cascade down the mountainside.

These salt pans have been in use since Inca times. You will have the chance to observe the traditional methods of salt extraction that have remained unchanged for centuries.

Tour Urubamba:

As we descend into the Sacred Valley, we will arrive in the town of Urubamba. It sits at 2,870 meters (9,416 feet) above sea level. This stop will offer us a moment to relax and refuel before continuing our exploration of the sacred valley.

Tour Ollantaytambo:

After lunch, we will journey further along the Urubamba River to reach Ollantaytambo. It is a living Inca town with well-preserved ruins sacred.

We will explore the massive fortress that looms over the town, climbing its steep terraces to reach the Sun Temple.

From this vantage point, we will enjoy stunning views of the valley and the surrounding mountains.

Tour Pisac:

In the afternoon, we will head towards the town of Pisac, our final destination for the day. Pisac is popular for its bustling market. Hhere we will have time to browse through a variety of handcrafted goods, textiles, and souvenirs.

We will also visit the impressive Pisac ruins sacred, perched high above the town. The terraces and temples here will offer us insight into the ingenuity of Inca architecture and agriculture.

As the sun begins to set, we will return to Cusco, completing our Sacred Valley Peru Tour. The return journey will offer us one last opportunity to admire the breathtaking landscapes of the valley before we arrive back in the city.
